Porridge
Make tasty AND healthy porridge cheaply with this one weird trick (¡Oatmeal companies HATE him!)
Tools
- Pot or rice cooker
- Plastic or wooden spoon
Ingredients
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 1 cup water or plant milk
- Fruit (chopped)
- Flax seeds
- Chia seeds
Instructions
- Chop/thaw fruit not done already
- Milk/water into pot
- Oats into pot
- Fruit into pot
- Cook until oats are soft, turning them over periodically
- Add flax & chia seeds
Now you can stop giving your money to Quaker or whoever the fuck else sells sugar filled, overpriced oatmeal with a few laughably small fruit pieces
