- Rice Cooker (pot or multicooker also works)
- Tongs (for cabbage)
- Scissors (for cabbage)
- Cutting board (optional)
- Knife (optional)
Ingredients
- Rice
- Quinoa
- Olive oil
- Cabbage
- Black beans
- Salt
- Chop cabbage if not done already
- Water into rice cooker
- Olive oil into rice cooker
- Rice into rice cooker
- Quinoa into rice cooker
- Cabbage into steamer
- Salt cabbage
- Turn on rice cooker
- Turn over cabbage periodically
- Cook until rice is done
- Cut up cabbage
- Cabbage, rice, and beans into bowl
- Eat
